Bill began his career in 1968 as a registered representative at the Buffalo, New York office of a Global Financial Services firm. Over the years Bill has focused on managing growth or income fee-based stock portfolios for individual clients.
A graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Bill served as a Nuclear Weapons Captain in the U.S. Army. His past activities include being appointed by the Governor as a Commissioner of The New York State Insurance Fund, serving as Chairman of The Erie County Industrial Development Agency, Commissioner of The New York State Board of Tourism, and was elected as a Councilman for Amherst, NY.
He hosted “The Money Show” on WBEN Radio 930 as well as “The Bill O’Loughlin Show” on WGRZ-TV Channel 2 (NBC).
Bill and his fiancee, Linda Dobmeier, are both politically and socially active in the Western New York area where they reside.
