I am happy to say that I was given the opportunity to join Pinnacle Investments in April 2009. Large wire houses during the 2008 melt down exposed financial advisors to negative publicity, large costs associated with personal accounts and the mandatory migration of smaller accounts to call centers out of state. As a seasoned financial advisor, joining a regional firm enabled me to transition my business and my clients. My clients perception of me increased as I no longer had to defend the company I had worked for, rather, I could offer the same services my clients in a cost effective way.
A regional also makes my life easier as the chain of command is not layered, answers are immediate. Products that I used at the large wire house that were not at Pinnacle are now part of my offering as I informed management of my need and they took the necessary steps to insure my success. The expansion and growth of Pinnacle Investments comes at a time when advisors place their clients before the firm.

In early January of 2009, our team, The Cuddy Group, made the decision to leave our nationally branded wirehouse (which has subsequently been merged with a national competitor). We spent the next 6 months researching various firms. There were key qualities we were looking for in a new firm.
