E-Notification Overview

CONVENIENT. EASY. SECURE.

As a Pinnacle Investments client you recieve monthly, quarterly, and periodic transaction statements of your account activity by mail. While it can be convenient to have an occasional printout of your accounts, multiple statements in the mail can be overwhelming to manage, risk privacy, and waste natural resources.

Go green by going paperless. Benefit with extra convenience and security!

Rather than receive and manage endless statements by mail, enroll in safe, secure e-Notification. You will benefit from:

  • Convenient e-mail Notices - Receive a notice by email when your next statement or trade confirmation is available for viewing online.
  • Easy Access - View up to three years of account statements and trade confirmations. Prospectuses and tax documents will still arrive via mail.
  • Increased Security - Reduce the risk of identity theft and protect your privacy:
    - Your online account is totally secure - only you can access your information.
    In contrast, paper statements can be at risk in your mailbox, home, or trash.
    - No actual statements are emailed to you, just a notification that a new statement is available for you to view.
    You can log on to view your statement when its most convenient and private for you.
  • Simplified Record Keeping - You can save the electronic statement on your computer to reduce clutter or print out just the statements
    and pages you want most to file away.

Questions and Answers

Q: Is my information safe?

A: Yes. Nothing is sent by email other than notification that statements and confirmations are available for viewing on our secure website. You simply log into your account to see the latest information.

Q: Are there other advantages to having an online account?

A: Yes. A wide array of information is available including current and past account statements and tax documents, current account positions and values, account activity for the past two years and so much more.

Q: Is there a cost to view my account online or get e-notification?

A: No, the service is free for our clients.

Q: Is it complicated?

A: No. Viewing your account for the first time is as simple as picking up the phone and calling your Financial Advisor or any of the customer service individuals at Pinnacle.

Q: How will I receive my Tax Documents and Prospectuses?

A: You will still receive those documents by mail. However, should you need to print another copy of your tax documents, they are also available online.

STEP 1: SIGN UP FOR ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

If you already have online access to your account you can proceed to STEP 2.
Otherwise, simply contact your local Pinnacle office and well set you up on the spot with a user name and temporary password.

STEP 2: Enroll!

 
Follow these easy step-by-step instructions:
 
     Log onto www.pinnacleinvestments.com
 
Click on My Portfolio in the left margin.

STEP 3: Enter MyStreetscape

 
Follow these easy step-by-step instructions:
     Enter the MyStreetscape page
 
Type your user name and password.

If you are a new user, you will be asked
to change your temporary password to
another 6-digit number. Once changed
you will come to your homepage.

At the top of the page, in the middle is a
light blue tab labeled
Account Detail.
Click on this tab.

STEP 4: Account Detail Page

 
Follow these easy step-by-step instructions:

On the right side click on the button
labeled
Edit Account Details.
Next click on Expand All on the
left side of the screen.

Under each account holder enter their
email address
. Note: There must be at
least one email address in order to receive
e-notification of statements and trade
confirmations.

STEP 5: Account Characteristics Page

 
Follow these easy step-by-step instructions:

Next, in the middle of the page under
Account Characteristics, Document
Delivery Instructions:

1) Change Confirms to Online
2) Change Statements and
Regulatory Inserts
to Online
3) Select the email address where your
notices are to be sent. Note: Only one
email can be used for each account.
When you are done, click on Save Edits
at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Please note that these procedures need
to be repeated for each of your accounts.
This can be accomplished simply by
selecting each account in the dropdown
under
Account Detail as shown.
