Syracuse, New York – Pinnacle Holding Company, a Syracuse, New York-based financial services company, announces the appointment of Mark E. Pietrowski and John V. Bianchini to the Board of Directors.
Pietrowski, who joined the firm in November 2014, is CEO of Pinnacle Employee Services, LLC a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Holding Company. “I’m thrilled Mark is joining our board,” said Gregg Kidd, CEO of the parent company. “The company he oversees has seen exponential growth as the market for the administration of HR, benefits & payroll solutions has continued to grow. As an important part of our portfolio of businesses, Mark’s insight will benefit all of our companies” added Kidd.
“I concur with that,” said Pietrowski. “As regulations continue to increase, more and more businesses have been looking to us as a complementary solution to their in-house Human Resource staff who are typically also doing other duties as well. I have found Pinnacle a great place to grow a company and I look forward to providing any help I can to the board,” he added. A Syracuse native, Pietrowski has over 10 years of experience in the payroll and HR world.
John Bianchini is President of Confidential Planning I, LLC a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Holding Company, in addition to being a Financial Advisor with Pinnacle Investments, LLC, another Pinnacle owned company. A 28-year industry veteran, Bianchini joined the firm in 2001 after working at several global financial institutions. “I’m excited to join the Board,” said Bianchini. “I have watched and been a part of Pinnacle’s phenomenal growth for almost twenty years now. After working in so many roles, I look forward to adding my voice to the decision-making process,” he said.
“John has been with us almost from the beginning,” said Gregg Kidd, CEO of parent company Pinnacle Holding Company. “He was the driver behind making Confidential Planning such a success in the retirement 403(b) plan business for K-12 school employees. In addition, he heads a very successful team of Financial Advisors at Pinnacle Investments. I have always valued John’s input and look forward to his contributions at the Board Table” added Kidd.
In addition to his duties at Pinnacle, Bianchini currently serves as Chairman of the Onondaga County (NY) Water Authority (OCWA).
