Josh Leana
Josh brings a unique perspective to financial planning: before becoming an advisor, he spent seven years working as an engineer, with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. His background spans construction, lighting controls, and project management. That engineering mindset carries directly into how he works with clients today.
Josh has built his practice around working with engineering and construction professionals. Having worked alongside them for years, he understands their career paths, compensation structures, and the financial blind spots that often come with high-earning technical careers. He works with clients on retirement planning, investment strategy, and long-term wealth building.
Josh is based in the Syracuse, NY area, where he lives with his wife, Caitlin. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and a loyal Penn State football fan.
