Pinnacle Investments, LLC proudly announces its third consecutive year as one of the Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors, awarded by InvestmentNews. Not only is this their third time making the elite list, but they are also ranked 2nd in the “Large Employer Category” (companies with over 50 employees in the US). This marks a significant milestone in Pinnacle’s commitment to creating an exemplary work environment.
InvestmentNews highlighted in its 2024 report that the winning firms excel beyond mere compensation, adopting innovative approaches to empower their workforce and foster excellence. Selected from a competitive pool, Pinnacle stands out among the top 75 firms for its exceptional workplace practices, as determined by in-depth surveys of both employers and all employees, not just financial advisors. These surveys explore various aspects including company culture, employee benefits, career development opportunities, and more.
“We believe that the well-being of our advisors and staff is paramount to delivering superior service to our clients. At Pinnacle, we are dedicated to nurturing an environment that values trust, celebrates diversity, and encourages professional growth. This recognition from InvestmentNews as a top workplace is a testament to our efforts,” states Benjamin Quilty, Pinnacle Investments’ CEO.

Methodology:
To find and recognize the Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors, InvestmentNews and Best Companies Group first invited organizations to participate by filling out an employer form, which asked companies to explain their various offerings and practices. To be eligible: (1) Be a registered investment adviser (RIA), affiliated with (but not an employee of) an independent broker dealer (IBD), or a hybrid/dually registered firm affiliated with an IBD and doing business through an RIA; (2) Be based in the US; (3) Must have a minimum of 15 full or part-time employees working in the US; (4) Must be in business for a minimum of 1 year. Next, employers completed an in-depth questionnaire and employees gave their honest feedback by taking part in a company-wide survey. Once both portions of the assessment were complete, the InvestmentNews team analyzed the data to determine if an organization had what it takes to be the “best.”
